Having gone from strength to strength in recent times, Warrington based company IESA approached Carpe Diem with the objective of pooling the talents of both companies in order to come up with a new website that would be more in keeping with the class leading standards of IESAs sophisticated products and services.

The website needed to be integrated with a IESA's own pre-existing content translation system while still conveying a sense of style and clarity so that the messages explaining what IESA can offer their clients could be easily understood in plain English by any potential clients.

Part of the agreed solution to this included a series of videos and animations that would clearly and concisely convey the company's key USP without having to wade through site content.

The IESA website development project also included the creation of a bespoke online administration area, the intention being to allow control over several key areas of content on the website by members of staff - something that has become increasingly important to the company as it has grown. A bespoke admin portal with an emphasis on clear, well organised, easy to understand and quick to use functionality was designed and developed by Carpe Diem in order to facilitate the creation and addition of case study pages to the website. This facility gave IESA the power and flexibility that was needed in order to explain in more detail some of the fundamental and more subtle selling points of their solutions and services, and demonstrate their application in a wide range of industries. Case study pages can be laid out according to a variety of different templates, while keeping styling and appearance consistent and separate from the user-entered content to ensure that all case studies were of the desired standard.

Along side the case study admin facilities, Carpe Diem implemented a separate set of admin features where career opportunities at IESA could be posted on the website. Vacancies featuring detailed job descriptions, required experience, qualifications, and application instructions can now be entered quickly, easily and directly by the most appropriate members of staff, as well as copied, removed, re-created, or altered as the circumstances within the business dictate.

The development of the new website and its powerful feature set has truly enhanced the visibility of IESA as a brand and reinforced their position as a leader within their industry. The project has also helped to improve upon existing internal company processes , particularly where recruitment is concerned, and will also make it far easier for potential clients to find out everything that they need or desire to know about what IESA can do for their business from a basic or fundamental level right through to in depth detail on a case by case basis.
