Lotus shoes, a subsidiary of The Jacobson Group, wanted to build on their successful growth as a brand in high street outlets by launching a stylish new website. The website was to inform consumers about their high quality shoes and showcase the brand’s history and prestige.

Carpe Diem provided a bespoke e-commerce solution that integrates with the existing Lotus in-house CRM solution using the Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly Navision) platform. This solution displays the full Lotus Shoes range in a stylish and organised way so that potential buyers can browse the full range - something that’s not always possible in a retail environment.

We worked closely with a team of Navision specialists and drew on the full range of knowledge and web design experience of the Carpe Diem team. We were able to design, develop and build a website around the precise functionality, performance and integration criteria laid out by Lotus Shoes and the Navision software’s administrators.
