Carpe Diem developed a full content management website for the Ombudsman Services with seven advanced complaints forms developed as fast-loading, user-centric wizards.

Ombudsman Services provide independent dispute resolution for the communications, energy, property and copyright licensing sectors.

The web design was in a visually clean and simple style with a strong emphasis on usability aspects of the website. The aim was to get valid complaints into the system and through to the people who can help resolve issues.

To increase efficiency, cut administration time and speed up the complaints process, Carpe Diem spent time testing various forms throughout the website with staff and potential site visitors.

The result is a website that is a powerful tool in helping Ombudsman Services reach their goals, with Carpe Diem completing all web design and web development aspects of the project to spec.
