Who would’ve thought? Forget chocolate, crisps and drinks. A vending machine for shoes is where it's at! That's exactly what we created for famous Japanese training shoe brand Onitsuka Tiger.
The brand, made famous by Bruce Lee and, latterly, Uma Thurman in Kill Bill, has a solid history for those in the know.
For the UK campaign, we developed a pixel art style Flash website complete with flying planes and a few local landmarks thrown in for good measure.
The launch, inside the exclusive London store, was supported by a scratch card competition. The winning card holder collected a pair of Asics shoes direct from the shiny new shoe vending machine.
Carpe Diem completed all web design and web development in house, including all illustration and animation.
